The deal is you have a lot of young people who never grew up watching Jordan in his prime live. They just watched Kobe and Lebron and just have clips of Jordan to watch on UA-cam. Or they think of him as some owner who came out of retirement and had a few good games. None of these fans were ever rooting for their team against the bulls in the Playoffs in the 90s. But I don't care what the all time point total is or number of championships. not important to me because Jordan took years off from the NBA in his prime.
